Rules if distribution of prizes and bonuses codes

Prizes and bonus codes should help your channel grow. Please do not use prizes and codes to enrich yourself and do not share them only with friends or clan members. In case of violation of the rules listed below, we will be forced to end cooperation.

• Prizes and bonus codes are not for sale.
• You should not use bonus codes on your account.
• Run contests without paid participation. Law may prohibit it in your country.
• Do not distribute prizes and bonus codes among a limited group of players. If you want to help your clanmates, come up with an event or hold a tournament, and we will help you with prizes.
• Do not change the contest/giveaway rules after it has started.
• Don’t deny the winner the prize.
• Don’t tweak the results of the contest/giveaway to win prizes for known winners.
• Tell the audience that you are “supported by Artstorm” (that’s the law).

Being honest with your community is important. Some jurisdictions and international law require that you inform your audience that you are a member of the Contributor Program and benefit from the Artstorm team. If you do not follow these rules, the authorities may impose a fine and we may be required to end your participation in the Program - we all need to take this seriously. Here’s what you need to do to make your audience understand you have a relationship with us:

In the caption of your broadcast, in the first three lines, write “Supported by Artstorm.”

While streaming, tell your audience “This stream is supported by Artstorm” or “Thank you Artstorm developers for early access” or a similar statement.

Try to play bonus code and prizes so that the maximum number of your subscribers receive them. Make the most of our collaboration for your channel/community.

HOW TO GET PRIZES AND BONUS CODES

After joining the Crew of Creators, we will monthly publish a list of prizes for your activities in a closed Discord channel. You can send us the game id of the winners of your contests or giveaways in your personal account on our website or in private messages to the community manager.

Let your community manager know when you reach a new peak in subscriber count or special activity on your channel. We will give out additional prizes for drawings.

HOW TO GIVE AWAY PRIZES AND BONUS CODES

Everything that is not forbidden is allowed.

We recommend holding as many contests as possible - this is the best way to engage the audience. It is much more interesting to win the competition than to get a prize thanks to the usual copying of the code from the broadcast chat into the activation window. For contest ideas, you can always reach out to other content creators in the private the Crew of Creators Discord channel.

HOW TO GET HELP TO PROMOTE THE CONTEST

We will post information about your contest on our sites if you inform us about it at least 7 days before the start. Make sure that the competition is formalized and complies with all the rules of the site where it is held.
