Artstorm code of conduct

At Artstorm, we ask all players to follow a few simple rules to promote a fun, inclusive, and safe place for all members of the community to play.

Besides our User Agreement and Privacy Policy, this Code of Conduct applies to all of our games and services.

1. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Do: Be kind, build friendships with other players and be the best, unique.

Not: Engage in behavior that humiliates, threatens, intimidates, insults, or harasses others. This includes any behavior that.

• promotes or encourages hateful ideologies
• promotes or encourages discrimination, slander, harassment or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious illness, or veteran status; or otherwise, other players or Artstorm employees may feel unsafe, abused, taken advantage of, or disrespected."

In exceptional circumstances, we may also take action against players for hateful behavior or harassment against members of our community that occur outside of our games and services.

2. Play to enjoy the game

Do: Appreciate other players for their contributions and actions in the game and respect their play style. While we encourage competitive play where appropriate, please remain friendly and respectful.

Do: Engage in behavior that reduces or disrupts the enjoyment of the game for others. This includes chat spam, trolling, or ruining the game by sharing unpublished or confidential material.

3. Play Fair

Do: Play by the rules of the game.

Forbidden: Use bugs or other unintended ways to use game features.

Do: Engage in behavior that reduces or disrupts the enjoyment of the game for others. This includes chat spam, trolling, or ruining the game by sharing unpublished or confidential material.

Do not engage in cheating, bot creation, hacking, or other software or services that give you an unfair advantage, such as through automatic game progress or game modifications.

Do not trade in-game items and in-game currency for real money.

We reserve the right to determine what makes up cheating and take corrective action as we deem appropriate.

4. Focus on the game

Do: Make your content and materials useful for other members of the community.

Do not post or share content that encourages, encourages, or supports behavior that is illegal, obscene, or otherwise disruptive or harmful. This includes content that promotes terrorist or extremist activities, spreads misinformation, deceit, scams or harms others, is sexually explicit, or contains commercial incitement or advertising. Child exploitation will be reported to law enforcement.

Do not impersonate any other person or entity (such as an Artstorm employee or representative).

5. Guard accounts and protect personal information

Do: Protect your and others' personal information.

Don't: Share passwords on social networks or anywhere else. Artstorm staff will never ask you for your password. If someone asks you for your password, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. Never post or share content that may reveal personal information about others.

Do not sell, trade, or share accounts.

Multiplayer online games are open to the public; you should expect others to see what you do and say, including our moderators.

Consequences and enforcement

You handle all activities that occur under your account. If you receive a warning, fine, suspension, or other disciplinary action, please know that we do not make these decisions lightly. We are taking these actions because we want the community to remain welcoming to everyone. Any actions taken are aimed at maintaining a healthy atmosphere in the community of players.

Do not evade any disciplinary action, such as creating new accounts or asking others to act on your behalf. Any attempt to bypass the fine will also result in an additional action against your account, up to and including a permanent ban.

Disciplinary action may include a warning, restriction of your account, suspension of your account, or permanent suspension of your account (which results in the confiscation of in-game items and in-game currency balances associated with the account).

If you believe your account has been penalized in error, you may file an appeal by contacting us at support@artstorm.com.

While we have provided some representative examples above, this is not an exhaustive list of what you should and should not do. To protect the integrity of our community and create a fun and safe space to play, we reserve the right to penalize any account or take other disciplinary action for any conduct that we believe violates the spirit of this Code. behavior or otherwise considered inappropriate or harmful to society. If you are not sure that your behavior will violate the Code of Conduct, it most likely is.

We may update this Code of Conduct as our games and community grow.
